TVSeries

What is your favorite TV show? Right now my favorite is "Boston Legal" At times the story line can get far fetched but that is just the nature of the beast of a TV series. I especially like Allan Shore and Denny Crane and the nightly ritual of musing over their day as they enjoy a brandy or a beer and cigar on the balcony of the law firm's building. In many ways James spader ( Allan Shore ) reminds me of Charles Laughton in some of the old black and white films. His mannerisms and the pacing of his dialogue are similar to Laughton's. He and William Shatner make a good team. Good writers superior direction and writers make this an interesting series. And on occasion they throw in some gentle digs at the Bush administration which I enjoy.

Pull a rabbit out of your hat. That's the secret both to trial law and life." - Denny Crane

"You have a job to do, and
so do it. Yours is to sell
socks and suspenders. Mine is to cross examine people like you and crush them."
- Alan Shore
