"As we "Silver Surfers" (older folks on the Internet) know, sometimes we have trouble with our computers.
I had a problem yesterday, so I called Eric, the eleven year old next door, whose bedroom looks like Mission Control and asked him to come over.
Eric clicked a couple of buttons and solved the problem.
As he was walking away, I called after him, 'So, what was wrong?'
He replied, 'It was an ID ten T error.'
I didn't want to appear stupid, but nonetheless inquired,
'An ID ten T error? What's that? In case I need to fix it again.'
Eric grinned.... 'Haven't you ever heard of an ID ten T error before?
'No,' I replied.
'Write it down,' he said, 'and I think you'll figure it out.'
So I wrote down:
ID10T
I used to like Eric , that little shit."

That's hilarious and a new one on me, too. I've had a lot of those I d .10 t errors, too. I must email my tech guru son and tell him I finally figured out the cause of so many problems I had after I got my first computer.
Thanks for the laugh, Clancy. As I am (about 98%) my own tech support, I see a lot of I d.10 t!!!

Well, first of all that's funny...very funny in fact. I've never heard that one Janet. But, I'd be an ID10T too....and have had my share of those error moments. The kids today are such tech wizards....but he's still a little Sh**. Hugs, Joy
Wonderful to have such a sense of humour next door!
