TKR

HI blog friends.

I came through the total knee replacement fine. I am 10 days out from the operation and my knee is responding well.

There was a complication during the procedure that has left me exhausted, which I will write more about later.

I am going to be OK but this is a difficult time.

I will write more later with a complete explanation.

Thanks for your thoughts and prayers.

Glad all is well, Chancy. I guess I missed this news somehow. Take it slow but do keep moving. It my understanding that those who gently push themselves do much better. It is a nice time of the year if you have to just sit though.

I hope that you will soon be back here, as good as new (or better) Chancy.

Those darn complications - there is always something but with time you will be back to your old self and as Kenju said, "better than ever."

I know you will do what the doctor orders and do what you have to do to get on the road again!

Good luck

Chancy--Thank you so much for letting us hear from you. Glad to read that you are OK - and - we can definitely wait a while to read about your complications. You should come back to us only when you can do so without compromising your recovery.
